We’ll begin with a consultation to understand your needs and create a personalized service plan.
To get started with Drive Edge Dispatch, we’ll need to email us the following documents at contact@driveedgedispatch.com:
– MC Authority Letter: This verifies that you are authorized to operate as a motor carrier.
– Signed W9 Form: This is necessary for tax purposes.
– Certificate of Insurance: This proves you have the required insurance coverage.
– Notice of Assignment: This is needed if you have factoring.
– Voided Check: This is required if you don’t have factoring, to ensure accurate (and quick) payments.
– CDL Copy: This ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry requirements for each driver we will be dispatching.
We save you time so you can make more money. Many owner-operators enter the trucking business to drive and make money but find themselves overwhelmed with paperwork, regulations, and negotiations. Drive Edge Dispatch takes on these tasks, allowing your business to operate smoothly and enabling you to take on more loads. We also negotiate the highest rates for your loads, maximizing your profits.
We will invoice you weekly for the services provided during that week. The invoice will be a percentage (as per your truck type) of the gross revenue you made from the loads that week. If you do not haul any loads in a given week, you won’t owe us anything.
